Steven Glasco Jr. - General Manager

Steven Glasco Jr. has over five years of experience in the restoration industry. He has worked in the capacity of Division Manager, acquiring skills and certification in the field of Smoke and Odor Neutralization and Cleaning from the I.I.C.R.C., an accredited learning institution for the restoration industry. He has honed these skills by joining his employees in cleaning residential and commercial establishments. With a commitment to excellence and service, a keen eye for detail, and training in specialized cleaning services, Steven has joined his mother in bringing My Son & I Cleaning Services LLC to life.
 
Mr. Glasco currently resides in Wilmington with his wife and two children. He is a graduate of the Kennett Area High School, a veteran of the Armed Forces, and a student of the University of Phoenix where he is currently working on his Masters Degree in Business Management.

Emma Glasco - Owner

Emma Glasco started cleaning homes over 20 years ago. During this period she established herself as one of the premier providers of residential cleaning services. Emma has shown a desire and determination that, coupled with integrity, honesty, and a passion for orderliness, separates her from the competition. Her punctuality, organization, and self-discipline have this grandmother keeping homeowners satisfied and potential clients seeking her business. “Everything has its place” is a phrase that she has spoken often, and clients know that when she is there everything will be in its place.

Mrs. Glasco currently resides in Kennett Square with her husband of 36 years and three of their seven grandchildren. They are also the parents of three grown children. Mrs. Glasco is a member of Second Baptist Church and the local YMCA.
